Are pets allowed at the Park Creek Apartments?

At Park Creek Apartments, we welcome your small pets. Pets will be screened on a pet by pet basis to ensure the safety of residents and cleanliness of the facility. We allow up to 2 traditional pets per apartment (cats/dogs), and must weigh no more than 35 Ibs, unless used as an assistance animal. Monthly fees may apply and a limited number of apartment units are designated for pet owners. Please contact our office for more information!

What is included in the rent?

Rent includes water, 200+ channel cable, internet, and in-unit laundry. 

Are garages available at this community?

Yes, a limited number of conveniently located garages are available to residents. Monthly fees apply. Please contact our office for more information!

Are floor plans available?

Floor plans are available on the website. A virtual tour of the one and two bedroom apartments, as well as the lobby, are now available for viewing on the Virtual Tour website tab!
